This map depicts the bible belt of the United States. It just happens to be the fried food belt too.
As you look at the maps you will see a correlation between fried foods and diseases in the U. S.
Fried foods are cooked at a much higher temperature in animal or vegetable oils.
Remember the best range for your cholesterol is 220-270. LDL is the bad cholesterol and HDL
is the good. The ideal level is 240 HDL and 0 LDL.
All cholesterol is the same, it's what you do that causes it to change from good types to bad LDL
cholesterol. Trans fatty acids from fried foods will cause LDL's to form. The best ratio of good to
bad is 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 good vs bad. Frying foods, overcooking meats, or using high temperatures
to cook will cause carbon chains to break down into free radicals. It's these free radicals that
cause the cholesterol to divide into LDL's.
Remember that Alzheimers disease did not exist 50 years ago, even by another name. Mylon
makes up over 75% of the human brain and covers every nerve ending. Mylon is 100%
cholesterol and is a fatty insulating material that not only makes up most of your brain but is also
used in most repairs to the body. Your body can only make up to 10% of your daily need which
means 90% must come from your diet. If you are reducing your cholesterol by reducing red
meat, poultry or eggs. Or by taking a prescription medication, guess what? Your body will take
cholesterol from your brain Mylon and make the repairs from that.
Reducing your cholesterol is not the answer, you must reduce bad cholesterol while keeping the
good. This can only be done by changing your eating habits. Not to lower your total cholesterol
but to keep your cholesterol from becoming the LDL type. This is done by grilling, baking,
roasting, and stewing your foods. Stay away from fried foods and free radicals like smoking,
drinking, over cooking meats, (anything more than medium rare is too much) and oils such as
those used in cooking, vegetable oils, tropical oils, nut oils like peanut and corn oils, olive oils,
and animal fats.
What about clogged arteries? Well guess what? Clogged arteries are clogged by cholesterol but
not why you think. Remember the body repairs it's self using cholesterol. When you have a
vitamin or mineral deficiency your body does not have the materials to operate properly. Take
for instance a copper deficiency. Copper and its co-factors are used to give the body elasticity.
When a person has this deficiency they may get gray hair, concrete or hard facial features and
harding of the arteries. The heart moves more than any other part of the body so this condition
shows up in this area first .In this condition the artery walls can not expand and contract. They
may even crack open or leak (renal artery aneurysm). Your body responds by lining your
arteries with plaque (cholesterol lining). Your Doctor may go in and remove the plaque to clear
up the blood flow around the heart but what is he doing about the copper deficiency? My bet is
he is giving you a cholesterol reducing drug. By by brain. Oh, and whats going to happen the
arteries around the heart?
